BIAS is AI-generated fan entertainment. Every reading, including the "Director's Note" and the Director's Cut, is written by AI applying a K-pop creative director's framework to public information and your inputs. No person writes or reviews individual readings.

Readings are speculative, creative fan content — not facts, not predictions, and not the actual views, feelings, or statements of any real person.

BIAS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any artist, group, agency, or entertainment company. Artist and group names are used only to identify who a reading refers to. No endorsement is implied.

Readings are strictly platonic and for entertainment. They are not advice of any kind, and real members may differ entirely from any reading.

Don't use BIAS to harass or defame anyone, don't submit another person's private information, don't present readings as real statements by members, and don't abuse, scrape, or disrupt the service. We may block use that violates these terms.

The Director's Cut is a one-time purchase. The price shown before you pay includes applicable taxes. It is sold through Dodo Payments, which acts as our merchant of record (authorized reseller) and handles payment, receipts, and taxes; its terms apply to the payment. Your card statement shows a Dodo Payments charge for BIAS.

The Director's Cut is digital content generated by AI and delivered to your screen right after payment. It appears in the browser you bought it in.

Because the Director's Cut is digital content delivered immediately, once it has been delivered you can't cancel the purchase just because you changed your mind. We tell you this before you pay and ask you to confirm it, and your free reading lets you see the kind of reading you'll get first.

You can still get a refund if the Director's Cut isn't delivered, or if it's materially different from how we described it (within 3 months of delivery, or 30 days from when you noticed). Email hello@biasapp.com with your result link. A refund removes access to that Director's Cut.

If you're a minor where you live (in South Korea, under 19), get a parent or guardian's permission before buying.

You give us permission to process your inputs to generate and host your reading. You're welcome to share your result link and card anywhere. The BIAS name, design, framework, and generated text remain ours. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

BIAS is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

If you believe content on BIAS infringes your rights — including rights of publicity — email hello@biasapp.comand we'll review and respond promptly.
